Subprocessor List

Effective January 29, 2025 · Last updated July 7, 2026

A subprocessor is a third-party vendor that processes data on Tallyfor's behalf as part of running the service — hosting our infrastructure, processing payments, or helping us support customers. Each subprocessor receives only the data it needs to perform its specific function, and each is bound by contract to industry-standard security and confidentiality obligations.

All subprocessors listed below are located in, and process data within, the United States.

How we manage subprocessors

Before engaging a subprocessor, we review its security practices and enter into an agreement that limits its use of data to the services it provides to us. Subprocessors are not permitted to use customer data for their own purposes.

Changes to this list

When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page. If you'd like to be notified of changes, or have questions about our data handling practices, contact us at legal@tallyfor.com.
